Preparations in the laboratory
Heat phase I and phase II separately to 80°C. Add phase II to phase I while stirring. Add
phase III into the hot emulsion and homogenize with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax). Cool the
emulsion while stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Add phase IV at approx.
40°C. Adjust the pH value. Stop stirring at 30°C. Cold preparation is possible
