Preparations in the laboratory

Combine phase I ingredients and mix until clear and uniform. Add premixed phase I to water with moderate agitation. Finally, add phase III ingredients, one at a time with moderate mixing.

Final pH = 11.3 with MEA or 9.5 with TEA
