Use: Antioxidant for natural, unsaturated oils which contain natural tocopherol
Example of use
CONTROX® VP is an antioxidant mixture based on natural tocopherols. The mixture was developed specifically for oils and fats which contain natural tocopherol. The activity of CONTROX® VP is increased by synergists which simultaneously improve the stability. CONTROX® VP is added to the oils and fats during heating so that they are protected against autoxidation as early as possible during processing.
