Example of use
If used in aqueous systems, DEHYDOL 100 should be dissolved at 80 - 90°C in at least 2 to 4 times its volume with water. The broad range of effectiveness of DEHYDOL 100 enables multiple uses of this product for the techno-chemical sector as well as in the formulation of detergents and cleaners for household and institutional use. Household Care Products, Detergents and Cleaners. The product's well-balanced detergent effect for pigments and its degreasing properties can be advantageously used for formulating:
- hand cleaners
- liquid light-duty detergents
- dishwashing agents
- cleaners for glass, floor and wall tiles
- disinfecting cleaners
- acid and alkaline sanitary cleaners
- all-purpose cleaners
Technical Cleaners
The good emulsifying, dispersing and wetting properties can be used for the manufacture of, for example:
- acid and alkaline metal cleaners
- pickling degreasing agents
- cold cleaners
- bottle cleaners
Due to its broad C-chain distribution and favourable degree of ethoxylation, DEHYDOL 100 has a very wide range of use and exhibits excellent wetting, detergency, dispersing and emulsifying powers. DEHYDOL 100 is stable to water hardness, dilute acid and caustic solutions. It can be mixed in any ratio with all known nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants.
