Appearance
DEHYQUART® L 80 is a yellowish pumpable clear to slightly turbid liquid.
Example of use
On account of its cationic character the product is substantive on hair and has a positive influence on the dry and wet combability. This quaternary compound is mainly used as a conditioning component in hair aftertreatment agents. When combined with consistency giving, emulsifying and additional hair care ingredients the product is suitable for the simple preparation of hair conditioning creams and emulsions. Typical application concentrations are 1.5 - 5 %. The most favourable conditioning and stability properties are obtained in a pH range between 3 and 5.
