| Preparations in the laboratory | |||||
| 1. Melt components listed under phase I at 80 - 85° C and stir until homogeneous. 2. Heat components listed under phase II to 80 - 85° c and add to phase I while stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Stir for 5 minutes at this temperature. 3. Homogenize at 65 - 55° C by means of a suitable dispersion unit ( e.g. Ultra Turrax ) in order to improve both stability and structure. When fully homogeneous allow to cool down with stirring. Finish at approx. 30° C and add preservative. Eventually adjust pH - value with e.g. lactic acid | |||||
