Appearance
Gluadin® AGP is a partial hydrolysate which is produced from wheat gluten via enzymatical processes. The product is a light-coloured powder with a slight inherent odour.
Example of use
On account of its molecular weight distribution and composition, GLUADIN® AGP can form a protective film. It is suitable for the application in care cosmetics as well as in surfactant-containing preparations.
At room temperature GLUADIN® AGP is well soluble in water, easily soluble (up to 10 % by weight) in 40 % ethyl alcohol or (up to 15 % by weight) in 40 % isopropyl alcohol.
