Example of use
MARANIL® PASTE A 55 is predominantly used for the manufacture of
- liquid and pasty cleaning agents such as all-purpose cleaners,
floor cleaners, cold cleaners, various industrial cleaners
- dishwashing agents
- liquid and powder laundry detergents
Processing
If it is stored for prolonged period, MARANIL® PASTE A 55 tends to display phase separation. The product should be homogenised by stirring before it is processed. When dissolving MARANIL® PASTE A 55 in water, it is recommended to start with the product and dilute it with the corresponding quantity of water. In this case, preferably warm water (40-60°C) should be used in order to reduce the dissolving time. When combining with other surfactant bases, it is advantageous to mix MARANIL® PASTE A 55 with these substances first and to add water subsequently.
MARANIL® PASTE A 55 excels by having a good detergent, emulsifying, dispersing, wetting and foaming power.
MARANIL® PASTE A 55 is very stable in hard water as well as in slightly acidic and alkaline media. It can be well combined with other nonionic and anionic detergent bases such as the DEHYDOL®, EUMULGIN®, as well as SULFOPON® and TEXAPON® types.
