| 1) Add Polyquaternium-10 to water while stirring and allow to mix until completely clear. 2) Add other ingredients in order listed while stirring (Premix Fragrance/Eumulgin HPS before adding to batch) 3) Adjust pH to 6.0, add presevative and dye, then add salt to adjust viscosity. | |||||
