| Preparations in the laboratory | |||||
| Melt the oily components (Phase I) at 80 - 85 °C and stir.Heat the water (Phase II) to 80 - 85°C and add to the oil Phase while stirring.Stir for 15 minutes at this temperature.Add Cosmedia SPL (Phase III).Cool down while stirring.Avoid incorporation of air.Homogenise at 55 - 50°C by means of a suitable dispersion unit (e.g.Ultra Turrax) in order to improve stability and structure.Continue cooling to 30°C. Add Hydagen B below 40°C. | |||||
