Example of use
TEXAPON SP 100 is primarily used as a single surfactant raw material for the manufacture of manual dishwashing and cleasing agents, and its concentration is adjusted only by the addition of water and the other usual components of the formulation (fragrance, colorant, preservative). There is, however, also the possibility of modifying TEXAPON SP 100 by combining it with other surfactants, solvents, chelating agents etc., and to adapt it to special application requirements. TEXAPON SP 100 can, for example, be used as a surfactant raw material for the formulation of all purpose cleaners, light duty detergents, handwashing pastes, etc.
Dilution: Start with TEXAPON SP 100, then add cold water slowly or in portions while stirring. A reverse sequence is also possible. In that case, however, the diluting process takes longer. By using warm water, the diluting process is accelerated considerably in both cases.
TEXAPON SP 100 is an extremely highly concentrated, flowable and pumpable surfactant raw material. It has an excellent cleaning and wetting effect on hydrophilic and hydrophobic as well as on hard surfaces in all temperature ranges. Its foaming power is also very strong. TEXAPON SP 100 is insensitive towards the hardening substances contained in water. Aqueous dilutions can be thickened with sodium chloride or with other salts. When water is added, the viscosity first shows a marked increase and then drops again rapidly below 60 % active matter. Below an active substance content of approx. 40 %, clear, liquid dilutions are obtained.
